Myles loves trains and planes right now, and we thought he would love a train ride.
I think it is fascinating how exhilarating and exciting things are, like train rides, merry-go rounds and plane rides, when you experience them with your children.
It is like reliving your childhood again, as if you are experiencing those things for the first time too.
While we waited for the train, some of us did a little exploring.
This was taken in one of the real cabooses there. I could picture it being a fun little playground in and of itself, even for an adult. Things to climb, places to hide, fun, fun!
Time for the train ride,
The ride consists of winding track, some bridges, waterfall, tunnels and miniature villages.
My brother, Ben, said that it would be more lively if they had midgets riding on those miniature horses shooting cap gun at us, and then the train engineer could throw them a bag of money.
Time to stop to feed and pet the animals at the miniature village.
Ben was kind enough to film Myles feeding a little goat. It was so cute. That is, it was cute until a germaphobic mother's worst nightmare occurred..
...
he put his germy hands in his mouth along with some of the goat food...blah!
