3 1/2 More Weeks

So, here is our little one. The kids are loving her chubby cheeks. She reminds me of Myles.
It is so hard to get a picture of her without her hand right in front of her face.
The doctor, after trying serveral times, wrote on the picture.........."talk to the hand."
She thankfully has flipped on her own and is now head down. I am thankful for this, as laying three times a day for 10 minutes each with my head on the floor and legs up on the couch is not the most comfortable. I almost got stuck in that position yesterday. I'm so thankful I have my other sweeties to help lower me down, roll me over and help me up. I don't know what I'd do without them.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Thursday was an Evening of Excellence for the Young Women in our ward.
Rhaevyn gave her testimony on completing her personal progress and setting goals.
Aeva made this recipe holder to display. We had fun picking out scrapbooking paper and stickers for it.

Friday and Saturday was Time Out for Women. The girls decided they'd try Time Out For Girls this year and absolutely loved it. They can't wait to go again next year.
They got to meet Brad Wilcox and Hank Smith and got their cd's signed. They enjoyed all the speakers and singers. It was kind of like a mini EFY. The speakers were great at Time Out For Women. This is my second year going, and it was worth every penny.

Myles and Elsa have been tree climbers lately. Myles was trying to help Elsa, but she got stuck.

And I'm Done :)

So, my mom sent me some quarter pieces................
It didn't take me long to decide what to do.

I love pink and brown together.
And so I'm done with making baby items..................
I can't kneel over to cut, pin, and sew very well these days.
Only a couple of weeks left :)

Halloween Happenings

In Relief Society we've been having the Laurels come in for the 4th Sunday lessons, and the presidency takes turns making handouts to go with the lesson. I was in charge of the handout for October. The lesson was on the Hope of God's Light. This was the little hand out I came up with........with the candle idea coming from my secretary and cute craft paper from my First Counselor. I think they turned out rather cute.

Aeva came home with a pumpkin. I asked if she would mind if I got creative with it. She was very sweet to hand it over to me.

Last Monday we carved our pumpkins. Our sweet friend, Deon, who owns the horse barn asked us to come up and pick out some pumpkins. She had thrown out the guts of pumpkins from last year into her manure pile, and the plants went crazy. So, four free pumpkins for us. We scored!!
The kids had a great time carving their pumpkins.

The kids were counting down the days until Halloween.
Halloween night they made the rounds with Chris and then came home to warm baths and fuzzy blankets fresh out of the dryer.

Elsa was a doctor. She insisted that she needed "glubs." Chris was nice to give up a pair of his.
I think she dressed up every day for two weeks in her costume. She liked to make sure everyone
was feeling good and listen to our hearts.

Myles was Spiderman. Rhavyn crocheted him a web to throw out from his grip.

And here is our Snow White. Rhaevyn's former Beehive Advisor let her borrow this costume.
This is Rhaevyn's favorite Disney Princess.I think she is a perfect Snow White!

Miss Aeva had the hardest time deciding on a costume this year.
All her ideas were not working out. Rhaevyn put this one together for her
the morning of Halloween.
Here is our Ninja!

Rhaevyn didn't go out trick or treating. She stayed home to hand out candy, but she sent her three little dwarves out to bring back candy for her :)
They were all good the moment they got home to dump out their candy, go through it, and donate some to her.

And I can't believe it is November!!!
